GETTING STARTED
In order to make a purchase, you have to be registered with OTTE. This is a one-time process. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in with your email address and the password that you have created.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You are required to register on our site only if you are making a purchase. Only you will have access to your account information (i.e. email address and password).
How to register:
- Go to 'LOG IN' to register. Click on "Create a New Account".
- If you have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on "Checkout" and this will automatically direct you to the registeration page.
- Enter your basic info as requested. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
HOW TO SHOP
- Select the item(s) you would like to purchase and "ADD TO CART".
- To check out or view items in your cart, click on "VIEW CART" icon at the top of the page. You will be guided through the entire purchase process.
- Quantity adjustments can be made within the shopping cart. Change the item quantity and press "UPDATE" icon.

OTTE accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.
SALES TAX
OTTE charges sales tax for New York residents only.
