Return Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and exchanges must have an Return Authorization number (RA#). To get your RA#, please email service@otteny.com with your order number. All requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original delivery date.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags intact.
Discounted or sale merchandise (with a discount of 50% or more) are final sale.
Underwear and jewelry are final sale.
Discounted or sale merchandise (with a discount of 15-49%) is eligible for exchange or online credit only. No refunds or in-store credit will be issued. Welcome, social and birthday promotions with 10-15% discounts are eligible for a refund.
Purchases made with promotional codes 20% or higher, coupons or gift certificates are eligible for exchange or online credit only. No refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the condition of the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy and standards.
If the merchandise is damaged, please service@otteny.com before sending it back.
You can make up to 2 exchanges for all eligible online orders. Any exchanges beyond the standard 2 exchanges are subject to approval. Any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise to Otte are the responsibility of the customer. Otte will ship your exchanged items free of charge for the 2 standard exchanges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Before sending out your return / exchange package, please contact us by email: service@otteny.com.
We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email. Please write this number on the outside of your package. Please note that packages without an RA# will not be accepted. Merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the issuance of the RA#.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order sent back to us.
Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. In such cases, we will send you a return label via email at our cost.
After you have received your RA# and your package is clearly labeled with the number, please send you package to the following address:

TAX/DUTIES/RETURN/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
(FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
Once Otte has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Otte is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from Otte, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. For returns, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
