Shipping & Taxes
Otte uses Fed-Ex exclusively for delivery and offers standard ground service, 2 day, and next day air standard service for all domestic orders. For international orders, Otte uses USPS(US Postal Service) International shipping.
US SHIPPING RATE
Otte offers free Fed-Ex Ground shipping on all orders over $500 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For other options, refer to the table below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE
For international orders, Otte charges a final flat rate of $45. This rate includes shipping and handling and is a non-negotiable flat rate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, OTTE uses FedEx International Express or USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail Shipping, depending on the destination of the package.
International orders are "Final Sale", we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact service@otteny.com if you have any sizing, fit or color questions prior to ordering online. Once an International shipment is delivered to FedEx or USPS (with tracking info), OTTE will not be responsible for loss or damage of an item. Any orders placed Internationally are in agreement with OTTE's International Shipping Policy.
TAX/DUTIES/RETURN/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
(FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
Once Otte has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Otte is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to return or refuse any shipments from Otte, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. For returns, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
