DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Otte is happy to offer free Fed-Ex Ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For other options, refer to the table below.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse shipments from Otte, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. In this situation, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, OTTE uses FedEx International Economy or USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Shipping, depending on the destination of the package.
Please note, international purchases are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders. Please contact service@otteny.com if you have any sizing, fit or color questions prior to placing your order.
All orders become the responsibility of the purchaser once received by the carrier. OTTE will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s). All orders placed Internationally are in agreement with OTTE's International Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

For international orders, OTTE uses either FedEx International Express or USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Shipping, dependent on the destination of the package. Carrier will automatically be determined at checkout dependent on the final destination.
TAX & DUTIES
Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties. Otte is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Once Otte has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
