The model is 5'7", a 25/26 and 0/2 and is wearing the 26. The fit is true to size. It is meant to be worn on the high hip (about 1.5-2" below your true waist). It is not a high waist jean. If it fits at the high waist, you likely need the next size up. They should fit with a bit of a slouch in the crotch. The inseam is 31". I am 5'5" and 140-145lbs and wear a 29.
