Domestic returns and exchanges
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise eligible for return must not be worn, altered, washed or used with original tags intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, we are not able to process the return and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Please note, sale items, special orders, select home and beauty items are FINAL SALE and thus not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order. While we strive to fulfill orders, all products are dispatched through our retail locations and processed on a first come first serve basis.
OTTE NY does not cover return shipping costs. However, you may request a pre-paid FedEx return label at $8.95, which can be billed to your original form of payment or subtracted from your refund.
All returns are accepted at the discretion of OTTE NY.
Making a return is easy - just follow these 4 steps:
1) Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Complete the return form received with your order and include it in your return package.
3) Label your return with your RA#. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package. The merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the date the RA# was issued.
4) Please send your package through a courier service with tracking capability (in case you do not want to make use of our service of providing you with a pre-paid FedEx return label at $8.95). Ship your labeled package to the following address:

International returns and exchanges
International purchases are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders at this time.

Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
