NOTE: Promotional codes used for full-price items are eligible for in-store credit only. 
Not satisfied with your Otte purchase? We offer free returns and exchanges for *eligible full price items.
Online returns & exchanges:
To request a return, please contact If the order is qualified, an Otte representative will process a shipping label for you and deliver via. email. 
Items must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped. It must also be in the original packaging (shoe box/tag placements, etc.). 
Request for exchange or return must be processed within 7 days from the date you received your order from UPS, USPS or DHL. Once approved & a shipping label is provided, items must be received within 7 days.
Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank provider. We cannot continue with the return/refund if the original order has not been received.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the vendor/designer directly.
Once the order is returned to us, the refund will process immediately. 
Otte New York reserves the right to decline any refunds or exchange if any requirements (previously mentioned above) are not met.
We do not refund original shipping cost.
Store Credit / Gift Card will be valid for ONE YEAR.

In-Store Policy


Our in-store return policy lasts for 14 days. For store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.
