We offer free standard domestic shipping (3-7 business days) over $500 within the United States & over $800 for international.

• UPS Next Day Air Saver® | UPS 2nd Day Air® | UPS 3 Day Select® | Orders made before 4pm Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders made after 4pm Monday-Friday will ship next business day.

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout via. UPS (domestic & international) based on weight and distance so we can provide a fair shipping amount for each order.

• Local Messenger Delivery - $35 |  MANHATTAN ONLY. Available Monday - Friday. Orders must be made by 2pm EST for same day delivery.
• In-Store Pickup - Free | Ready within 1-2 hours during our store hours (Monday - Saturday | 10am - 6pm • Sunday | 12pm - 5pm). Orders made after store hours will be ready during the next business day.

Adding Checkout+ lets you return & exchange eligible full-price items for FREE. And most importantly your package is fully protected.

• Free Returns & Exchanges for eligible full-price items only. Note: All markdowns are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Package Protection: Rest assured, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we've got you covered.

Orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery.

• For orders without Checkout+ : Otte is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if Checkout+ is not added to your order. Please file a claim with your courier.
