Our buyers make it top priority to keep inventory as full as possible. Re-orders are a case-by-case basis, depending on designer's stock availability and level of demand by clients.
Due to our small-scale inventory, we do not offer any adjustments or price matches from other companies.

We only charge sales tax for residents of New York. If you purchase with an out-of-state address online, you will not be charged any tax for your order.

Yes! You can choose "in-store" pickup during checkout.
We offer a messenger service for local clients (manhattan only) for $35. For same day messenger service, orders must be placed before 2PM for same day delivery. Note: someone must be present for this service.
After you finalize your purchase, we automatically send you a confirmation email regarding your order. This email will include your tracking number.
Orders over $1000 will automatically require signature. If you want to remove the signature requirement, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Otte is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if the signature required option is waived.
Please file a claim with your courier if your package is lost or stolen.
Online (Domestic Orders): eligible full-priced items can be returned within 7 days for full refund.
International orders are final sale.
In-store: eligible full-priced items can be returned within 14 days for store credit only. No full refunds.
