Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We offer returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, unaltered *eligible full-price products with original tags/shoe box. Return window is different between in-store & online purchases.
*All sale items, special orders, aesop products, hats, scarves, socks, bags, belts, gloves, candles, diffusers, sunglasses, lingerie, bodysuits, swim & jewelry are FINAL SALE.
ONLINE
REQUEST MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR FULL REFUND.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact shop@otteny.com. We will send a shipping label through email.
- Items must be received within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refund may take several business days depending on your bank provider.
- Please do not send your merchandise back to the vendor/designer directly.
- Otte New York reserves the right to decline any refund/exchange if any requirements (previously mentioned on top of the page) are not met.
- We do not refund original shipping cost.
- International orders are FINAL SALE.
In-STORE
ELIGIBLE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED IN-STORE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Items must be purchased in-store. If you are returning an online order in-store, the 7 day return window still applies.
