Shipping policy

Free Shipping:

  • Clients are eligible for free shipping over $300 (within 7 business days) in the US. International clients are eligible for free shipping on orders over $500. We also offer expedited domestic shipping if you prefer receiving your items quickly.

UPS 2nd Day Air Order Cutoff Time:

  • Orders made before 4pm Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders made after 4pm Monday-Friday will ship next business day.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer live shipping rates from UPS / USPS (domestic) & DHL (international), based on weight & distance so we can provide a fair shipping amount for each order. 

International Shipping:

  • We are now accepting orders from the following countries:

    • Australia
    • Japan
    • South Korea
    • Italy
    • Singapore
    • New Zealand
    • Mexico

Returns:

  • We offer returns for eligible full-price items. Domestic orders only. See our full refund policy

Tax/Duties:

  • Once you receive your tracking confirmation number, you will assume the risk of loss and title for any merchandise on your order. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees and duties levied by customs officials.

Alternative Delivery Options:

  • We offer in-store pickup at no additional charge. Orders are ready within 1-2 hours during store hours (Monday - Saturday | 10 - 6 • Sunday | 12 - 5). Orders made outside store hours will be ready during the next business day. 
  • Local "messenger" delivery is available Monday - Friday for Manhattan clients only. Orders must be made by 2PM EST for same day delivery. $35 flat fee.

    Order Tracking:

    • A tracking number will be provided with your order confirmation email.  

    Signature Requirement:

    • Orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery (effective 2/28/2023). If you want to remove the signature requirement or add for orders under $1000, contact shop@otteny.com.

    Lost / Stolen Packages: 

    • Otte is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if the signature required option is waived or not requested during the order process. Please file a claim with your courier.
