Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We offer returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, unaltered *eligible full-price products with original tags/shoe box. Return window is different between in-store & online purchases.

*All sale items, special orders, aesop/sidia/trudon, hats, scarves, socks, bags, belts, gloves, eyewear, lingerie, bodysuits, swim & jewelry are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE

REQUEST MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER FROM UPS, USPS or DHL FOR FULL REFUND.

  • NOTE: Orders with promotional codes used for full-price items are eligible for store credit only -within 7 days from the date you received your order. First-time customers applying the 10% off code for full-price items are exempt from final sale and eligible for full refund.
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact shop@otteny.com. We will send a shipping label through email. 
  • Items must be received within 7 days from the date you received your order.
  • Refund may take several business days depending on your bank provider.
  • Please do not send your merchandise back to the vendor/designer directly.
  • Otte New York reserves the right to decline any refund/exchange if any requirements (previously mentioned on top of the page) are not met.
  • We do not refund original shipping cost.
  • International orders are FINAL SALE.

In-STORE

ELIGIBLE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED IN-STORE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Items must be purchased in-store. If you are returning an online order in-store, the 7 day return window still applies.
  • Otte New York reserves the right to decline any refund/exchange if any requirements (previously mentioned on top of the page) are not met.
